I’d like to know more about Matt Rhule.
Brilliant man. Spent a year in the NFL as an assistant. Has managed to turn Baylor around after the program was basically destroyed through sanctions. If you want a guy who is clearly taking less talent and beating better talent he is your guy.

Rhule seems to be an old-school, defense first, power running type of guy from what I've read and seen out of his Baylor teams, I know those Temple teams he had were very blue-collar. Seems like a fiery/emotional type on the sidelines but I've only seen like 2 Baylor games this year.

Also interacts with players and coaches on sideline. You know that thing called coaching....

The most important qualification for this job remains being able to work with the GM.
Sadly this is fact.

Belichick could be on the market and Jerry would show no interest in him because he wouldn't get the credit for winning and because Belichick wouldn't be a yes man.

Jerry's been through that "horrible" experience before with Jimmy Johnson. Never again.

I would keep Sanjay Lal and Kitna. Both are bit player coaches and shouldn't cause issues unless the new coach really doesn't want them. I feel a little bit bad for Moore as I feel like we had the #1 offense as a rookie signal caller. Yeah, he came up small against the better defenses, but objectively speaking he shows promise. If you can get the stink of Garrett away from him, he can be salvaged. But again, I don't see it as feasible to keep a OC with a new coach coming in.

I'd be willing to keep Moore at a position lower than OC. Not sure exactly how to split that up if we were to keep Kitna as QB coach but generally speaking I'd be fine keeping Moore as less than an OC.

I can't imagine he'll get any OC offers across the league so I'd guess he'd jump at the opportunity to stick with an organization that has obviously shown they're invested in him.
