That is not effective if you are a job jumper. You have to have a year's service before it can apply to you.No one is getting fired in the USA. We have this cool thing called FMLA.
Then don't be a job jumper. That is not effective if you are a job jumper. You have to have a year's service before it can apply to you.
That is easier said than done for a lot of people, especially those in the service industry. It is very rare for someone to hang a year in those. Then don't be a job jumper.
I anticipate a lot of case stories like this over the next few weeks.Small businesses and self-employed affected, too. If a bakery owner contracts coronavirus, shop has to close for two weeks. Plumber fixing my house, I’m not waiting two weeks for hot water and I’m hiring someone else. Tax season now and they’re not taking two weeks off. Many instances where someone won’t self-quarantine because they can’t afford it.
Yeah having my own law firm it's really hard to just shut it down for a couple weeks. Luckily judges would all understand and kick my stuff until it passes. I just worry about the one year old.I anticipate a lot of case stories like this over the next few weeks.
Maid at hotel can't take off...keeps working, infects 100 guests.
That is how this stuff works.
