I didn't follow the draft pundits this year, but I ask again, why wasn't he considered a higher pick? 6-4, 260+, 4.46 40, production in the best conference... Why wasn't he a first rounder at least? It can't all be the domestic thing, or was it?

He had to line up in ways that didn't fit his play style (i.e. heads up as a 5T, 4i, type stuff) so it made him look worse against true run than he really is when he's playing in a more natural alignment.

The off field stuff was an issue for some too, but it seemed pretty minor and isolated.

The talk of him being a 3rd or 4th was always ridiculous to me, there's not many guys with ideal size/length who run sub 4.5's and put up double digit sacks, in the SEC no less.
