Steele getting worked by Ezeiruaku of course.

I could easily see it being about years and not money necessarily, they want 5 and Parsons (his agent) want 4. It's also something they'll probably cave on at the last minute like with Dak. The solution, if they had brains, would be to just do a 4 year deal after the 3rd year of the rookie...

    NBA Chatter Thread

I've never actually complained about it, I'm just giving my opinion on stuff I see here. I barely know what's going on in the WNBA in any form or fashion.

A franchise tag isn't going to be 30 next year but like with Dak, this is not the way to go. Trade him or extend him, shit or get off the pot, fuck off.

I actually had the same thought about Peters, they look very similar physically. Not exactly the lean, long type you imagine at LT, but kind of just a thick square block who is hard to get around. I think Thomas might actually have a bit more length than Peters, and obviously if he can ever be...

If he can carry over what he's done to the scrimmage against the Rams edge rushers next week Guyton might have to start to worry.

Sure, if Dak misses another half a season or so, in which case we should be in prime position to draft our next QB, so whatever.

It's ok to think that the team should be good to very good, with double digit regular season wins roughly, while also acknowledging that they're very unlikely to do anything in the playoffs.

The interesting thing about this is they were in a 3-4 front, maybe Eberflus has picked up a few new tricks over the years and adapted his scheme a bit like Quinn after he was a HC.

This guy is going to get fucking wrecked if he thinks he's going to be playing a meaningful number of snaps on both sides. He might be able to do it for like half a season but by the end of the year he's going to be completely worn down and a shell of himself.

In terms of football specific operations (excluding coaches and players obviously) I'd say McClay and some of the other scouts, maybe some of the random data people and athletic trainer types that they're always crowing about, that's about it.

Yea, these are arguably the best passing game weapons we've had around him throughout his entire career. 2021 is up there but I think this group is comparable to that one. The RB's are probably weaker, but I could see them getting close to matching the production Elliott/Pollard put up that...

We aren't going to suck and in fact I think we'll be very good. If we can sort out the LT situation I think this roster will be as good or better than 2023. We may not win 12 games but I'm expecting 10ish for sure. We all know the story with the playoffs.

Yea I wouldn't be opposed to them making a move to break the habit as a signal to the rest of the league/agents, potentially even one as dramatic as trading Parsons if we get a massive enough haul (two 1's, a 2 and 3 at a bare minimum). Maybe getting a top of the market extension done with...

    2025 Random Cowboys Stuff Thread

I think there's an argument in the case of Lamb, although they could've easily gotten him done almost as soon as Justin Jefferson did his extension last year and instead they waited an extra 2-3 months for...reasons? In the case of Dak they dragged their feet twice and paid more twice, and I...

    2025 Random Cowboys Stuff Thread

I generally agree if you compartmentalize this specific scenario. We have no idea exactly what's being asked for, and ultimately there's no reason to think there's much of an issue unless there's no extension by week 1. The only thing that makes people scoff is the history the team has with how...

This is probably true but ultimately they should be looking to extend Tyler and Bland now anyway, so if this is what it took to spur them on, so be it.

Yea, there's been so much open public chatter about it that it wouldn't be surprising. I'm sure the Parsons situation is a little extra motivation for Stephen and his fuckboi so they can show everyone that they don't drag their feet.
