Yea that's why I always felt like he'd be back unless Seattle opened up. I don't think he'll have a whole lot of success there though unless they fall into a QB, might make it 4-5 years based on the relationships and having competitive teams but I doubt he wins big there.

If he finds the right offensive coordinator I could see some Dan Campbell level success.

I agree they are clearly both to blame. The one place I disagree with you on is that Jerry running his mouth is the reason Jimmy came out smelling like a rose.

If we can't get someone like Frazier I'd roll the dice on him, he was really good his one year as a DC, Fangio disciple, did a good job as a position coach. It's a dice roll to get to 2025 when guys like Eberflus and such will shake out.

There are probably 50 NFL defensive position coaches or college coaches that would make a great DC that know one knows who they are.

It is up to managment to not be lazy and work hard to find one of them. You don't have to recycle the same motherfuckers over and over again.
