Test...

Just didn't feel right. Got tired after mile two, and just felt worn out. Thanks for asking.

I imagine I run shorter distances than you, but this happens to me a lot. Most times I push through it, but sometimes I'm just like eff this.

That's what it was like yesterday. The older I get the more often those types of runs happen.

I got a pair of running shoes for Father's Day, but haven't been able to use them because of my oldness.

We did this thing last Friday...kind of circuit training. We had a 2 mile run, but along the way there were little areas where you had to do 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, and 10 squats. Now it doesn't sound like much, but we end up doing about 140 of each, while running a couple miles...it wore me out.

We are getting a Cabelas and a Costco. We fancy now.

10 years ago I would laugh at you and your wimpy Air Force training but thanks to the two wars over the last decade, the Army lowered entry standards and allowed a bunch of big boys and girls into the service.

Two days in a row, two bad runs. This wasn't as bad as yesterday's but still wasn't great.

I haven't run since Thursday. It was a pretty sweet run though

I've been wearing the Adizero shoes since my knee healed and I've been running my 2 miles in just under 15 minutes.

Not super fast but coming off the injury and creeping towards 40, I'll take that.

I'm a big slow SOB still, but I have gotten my mile pace under 10 min pretty consistently now.

Eat a beef burger then try again tomorrow.
No, I'll eat more bananas.

I only wear Asics for over 25 years now. Maybe it's time to switch. I read a review of those shoes you talked about sound cool.

I've gotten to where I can run a good bit, but it sucks. That "runners high" bullshit never happens for me.

Used to for me when I was younger but not often anymore. I use it now for stress release.

Funny you should bring this up. We're getting a Menards, and they're saying it will be one of their biggest stores in the country.

I's happy, happy, happy.
