Test...

Though, I think I'd literally kill for a Cabelas. Our nearest one is 5 hours away.

Yeah, I'm jealous of you. Dick.

Got one right up the street. Never been in it.

Well, she gets an 'A' for effort

What is this, twerk fail?

I'm going through my old baseball card collection and it brought back memories of an old game I created and used to play when I was about 12 years old. Thinking back on it it was a pretty sophisticated set up for a kid.

It all came out of boredom while spending the summer out in the country at my grandparents.

Basically, I had damn near every baseball card so I created my own league with the cards and four pennies.

The pennies were used to determine if a guy got a hit or not. I'd flip the coin, tails meant he was automatically out and heads meant that I'd take all four pennies, shake them up in my hand and roll them to determine if it was a single, double, triple, or HR.

3 tails & 1 head equaled a single

2 tails & 2 heads equaled a double and so on.

If it came up four tails it was a strikeout.

I'd position the cards up on the floor based on the position they played. And kept stats and the whole 9 yards. 25 game season and a post season.

Too bad my creativity peaked at age 12. :sad

I know.....CSB.

That is one of the coolest CSB posts I have ever seen.

You would probably have a successful board game on your hands, if kids still played board games.

Drawback of that game, I did some damage to some pretty good cards.

For instance, I've got an '87 McGwire card with dents in it from all the pennies ricocheting off of it. It's the wood grain Topps.

I used to have Strat-o-Matic baseball. That was awesome...Strawberry was a beast.

10 years ago I would laugh at you and your wimpy Air Force training but thanks to the two wars over the last decade, the Army lowered entry standards and allowed a bunch of big boys and girls into the service.

Navy is the worst...bunch of fatties in denim.

My roommate in Afghanistan was a Navy CPO. He wasn't overweight but he told me they pretty much have it made once they make their Chief.

They get separate (better) dining areas, new uniforms, and a free pass to pretty much do as they please. Legally of course.

FYI, I would have been all over that game.

I appreciate you sharing your cool story, bro.

This is a real photograph.

Though obviously the arrow pointed at the earth has been added in.

Wow.

Is the photo vantage point in the proximity of Saturn?

Looks like it's behind Saturn. I bet the camera is mounted on Uranus.

This is so juvenile, and even more juvenile that I laughed at it.
