NBA Chatter Thread

Someone explain to me why the Celtics wore these abominations last night. Them not wearing green is blasphemous.

I can't believe there are tards out there calling Flagg a bust already 11 games into an NBA career as an 18 year old with this stat line:
  • PTS
    16.4

  • REB
    6.4

  • AST
    3.3

  • FG%
    47.0

And he scored something like 29 last night.

It's kind of amazing to me that any 18 year old can compete at all with 26 year old grown men.
We're just not used to it here in the US, but it's pretty common in Europe. Luka and quite a few other foreign players have been playing in professional leagues since they were like 16.

True. but NBA players are a lot better.

I think Anthony Davis being out has helped accelerate his development.

He's having to initiate more of the offense.

Looks like ROY will probably come down to Flagg and his college teammate Knueppel.

I mean right now Edgecombe is averaging 15/6/4, his numbers should absolutely put him in the mix.

Maybe I'm imagining it but it just really seems like injuries have gone way up this year.

Already started the season without Tatum and Haliburton I believe all year. Plus a lot of stars have been in and out of lineups.

The sixers have 3 games in a row against Golden State, Milwaukee, and the Lakers.

GS didn't have Curry, Milwaukee didn't have Giannis, and LA likely won't have Doncic tomorrow (or Lebron). All in a row.

Turns out both Doncic and LeBron are playing tonight.

I'm glad, because I want to play them at full strength. :unsure
