She has been covering the team for at least a few years. When did Jane Slater become a thing? I don't recall hearing her name before this year.
yes, but can he throw a challenge flag angrily at a ref's feet? Also nice that we'll have a coach that can work the referees...Garrett was very complicit on the sidelines, but gets flagged for throwing the red flag defiantly.

Is your first the day you knew he was gone? That will always be my second favorite Garrett moment. Too funny.

Most in college. Here and there in the pros. What's the issue with Philbin?
He has plenty of OL-specific experience, as well as HC experience, and was involved with the Packers when their offense was at it's best.
of courseIs your first the day you knew he was gone?
It's on YouTube right now for anyone interested.I'm sure you can go back and watch it on dc.com.
what, you wanted Callahan back? Most in college. Here and there in the pros.
I kind of wanted someone with a more consistent track record.
Fassel? Done it. Tomsula? Done it.
Philbin? Kinda sorta done it, but bounced around and got overpromoted.
Not really. The coach should get his guy. I just don't see how Philbin is a hardcore OL coach.what, you wanted Callahan back?
I don't know what you're doing here, but it offends me in a way i can't explain.I'z be know second the day gone he be
He was the OL coach that taught GB how to get away with holding so there's thatNot really. The coach should get his guy. I just don't see how Philbin is a hardcore OL coach.
He was McCarthy's hire to be his OL coach as soon as he got to Green Bay, he was made the "offensive coordinator" in 2007 but given that McCarthy was the play-caller I'd imagine that title was glorified and that he was still heavily involved with the OL. He held that through 2011, which included their Super Bowl and 15-1 season. Most in college. Here and there in the pros.

Wow, this has been amazing. I couldn't have sat down with my Big Chief tablet and #2 pencil and written out a better way for all of this to come together. Let's recap.
1. Garrett is gone!![]()
![]()
2. Jerry hires a very good head coach
3. Jerry gets the fuck out of the way and let's him bring in his own staff
4. Jerry forces zero current coaches on the new HC
5. New HC makes some way more than just solid hires for key positions on his staff
6. The assistant coaches he brings in should fix two of our biggest problems last year (STs and lack of turnovers)
7. Profit
It's amazing how fast we went from desolate to adulated. So damn awesome.
