Apparently there won't be a press conference to officially announce it until later in the week.

Well, hopefully he's learned a lot in his time studying the game and his own personal tendencies.

If he brings in a good DC that can turn this unit into a difference-maker for once, then I think the Cowboys will have their best shot in a long time to make it a SB over the next 2 or 3 years.

At least now there's reason to be interested again.

What kind of fucking search is that?

If you're coloring me, please use the Unimpressed crayola.

Wow. Ok.

Yeah pretty ridiculous that they didn't do an extensive search but maybe the giants had an offer to him that he was about accept?

Ehh... Better than Garrett just not sure how much he will help Dak. Hopefully he is a QB whisperer
Rodgers hated McCarthy, and hated his play calling even more -- to the point where Rodgers changed pass routes or re-diagrammed plays in the huddle. Doesn't sound like much of QB whisperer.

Apparently there was a sleepover at Jerry's house on Saturday night.

And no I'm not kidding.

One of those "Jerry always get his man" type of things, like La'El Collins.

This must have been Dallas's guy all along.

Not sure I quite understand why, but they must see him as the next best thing to Sean Payton, except they don't have to give up picks.

It was a half assed search probably motivated by other teams interviewing him.

I will actually watch the draft for the first time in years now.

Cowboys football actually matters again to me and that's pretty cool.

I don't know how long it will last ( :lol ) but at least I'll actually follow the team during the offseason and that is something I have not done since 2012.

Not a fan of his playoff record either, given the talent he had.

I guess if he were better, he’d still be in Green Bay.
He wasn't the sexier name that many wanted but there's no doubt that he's better than Garrett.

They at least took a step forward in terms of game management.

Lot of mixed reactions so far on the interwebs and across NFL media.
