First, I don't think they make players like Darren Woodson anymore. Too many Deon Sanders-style "business decisions" being made when it counts.
Second, if Zimmer can actually "teach players about defense to understand how their jobs tie into the other ten on the field," that would be a plus. During the GB playoff debacle the DBs looked lost on some of those plays.
