The only thing that makes me mad at the moment is how poorly the organization is being run. I actually only want one change and that is Solari. Now my anger will grow if Mike goes elsewhere and I didn't think it would be this way when they hired him. I think it's more of a case of the devil you know than the one you dont.

1. Got to love how that Jerry scene is totally autobiographical... no acting needed at all.

2. I don't believe for one second that he thought he was doing all this for his kids. That selfish bastard loves attention and himself too much for that to possibly be true.

Honestly, he's not wrong here. I don't begrudge him working with his family. His priorities as spoken here are correct.

The problem is not knowing your limitations and putting experts in place so that your family can actually be successful in their chosen business.

The other problem is measuring your success by money in an industry where the goal is supposed to be measured by winning games.

Not to mention that their concept of making money from the Cowboys is short sighted. As much as the cowboys are the most valuable franchise, they'd be twice or three times as valuable if they were still winning championships.

I am certain Fat Mike isn’t the guy to try to pull an incentives contract on. That is what you do for some goober who just wants the title like Campo or something.
