The prospects are not NFL employees. I would hope you would not be surprised how somebody would look at the liability issue and not foresee potential lawsuits. The NFL is hypersensitive to that.
The same liability would be 10 times worse if every NFL team is holding their own mini combines. And I'm sorry it's not any more of a liability than you see any other year.

I still don't see how Seattle can justify that Adams trade. He's awesome, but they lose a third rounder in addition to pick 23 and next year's first too.

Insane!

Only thing that would have justified that trade was Adams making a key sack to win the Superbowl.

Their defense still wasn't very good and their team fell apart. You should never trade two firsts for safety who isn't a young Ed Reed.

Is Horn worth a top 10 pick?
No, and this is the kind of reach for defense crap we don't need.

We don't want to regret not having drafted the most talented player three years from now.

Yeah, we desperately needed Greg Ellis in 1998. Nobody cared about that by Thanksgiving when the most talented WR of all time single-handedly smashed us in our own stadium as a rookie.

But that's about that individual player (Horn). Just because he's a reach doesn't mean every defender is a reach. We won't need to reach for defense at 10. We can use a player at every level. There will certainly be a player there worth taking on defense.

Totally agree. If that guy is there, then take him.

But most of these mocks blindly match needs and force guys like Farley and Surtain on us when they might not be legit top ten talents. That's bullshit.

Rousseau or Parsons I'll buy and be very happy with, but Hell even that opinion's just based on what I know now, pre-combine.
