Jackie Brown is underrated IMO. There is some very cool stuff going on in that movie.
Yeah, I love that movie. Named a dog Jackie Brown once. True story.

I'm just curious if Lex Luthor is going to be in Man of Steel or if he is going to be like Norman Osbourne was in The Amazing Spider-Man. There are LexCorp buildings in the trailers, so maybe we see him...kind of hope not because Zod seems like he can handle the villian thing by himself.

That does look kind of funny, even though that trailer pretty much showed the entire movie. I'd Redbox it.
You also liked The Cabin in the Woods so you shouldn't pick movies either.

Cabin in the Woods was excellent. I think people expected something different.

I did...I expected it to suck and it was entertaining. It was a trashy campy movie that passed the time.

Too bad that offends Rev's snobby nature.

All this Tarantino cack sucking is quite disturbing.

It's sad you guys have all fallen for the rip-off wonder.

I think this may be the one single thing that could break us up as BFFs.

Let's not go down that road.

If it makes you feel better Bob...I am starting to come around.

Each movie he has made since Jackie Brown and the Kill Bills has pretty much been a turd.

Inglourious Basterds, okay...not all that. Vastly overrrated.

Grindhouse, Death Proof, Django Unchained...awful.

I agree that Basterds was overrated. Good movie, not great. Christoph Waltz is greatness in it, but otherwise pretty average movie.

I never saw Grindhouse or Death Proof... but you're crazy on Django. That's a great flick IMO.

A little Django tidbit for you... Will Smith was originally offered the role of Django, but he turned it down.

I'm glad. I'm not a big Jamie Foxx guy, but he was excellent in that role. Will Smith is boring to me.

Django Unchained was the worst. As if you didn't know already that the Academy has their heads up their asses by giving him best screenplay*

*Has not actually seen Django Unchained

I know tons of people are slobbing DiCaprio's knob about his role in that movie. And, as much as I love his performance, I think Fox did just as well and should be just as recognized for it. His character progression through the movie was amazing and deserving of an Oscar.
