Big Jerry’s Fencing
I remember that highlight and how the injury was glossed over next to Dixon's catch and run.
How about the fact that game was a loss despite that. I think Johnson took out his anger on Everson Walls. BTW, I thought it was illegal to post losses in this thread.I remember that highlight and how the injury was glossed over next to Dixon's catch and run.
That hit was brutal, QB's just don't take those shots these days.
If there's one play in our history I'd like to undo, that's a contender.

I didn't post a loss. I posted a damn good play from way back when. Anyway, shut up.BTW, I thought it was illegal to post losses in this thread.
Aikman was the king of standing in there, taking the brutal his and completing a beautiful throw. But that's probably also why his career ended as early as it did.
We’ve run out of wins. Now it’s on to nice losses.
Watched this yesterday… brought back that old NFC East defensive battle vibe. This was the game where we took over and never looked back. Seasoned throughout with intermittent gamebreaks featuring the 1-6 Cardinals upsetting the then 6-1 49ers.
Highly recommend
I was listening to that game on the radio. I remember the call was that “Aikman, to Dixon, GETS NAILED! DIXON RUNNING DOWN THE FAR SIDELINE, AIKMAN STILL DOWN, DIXON IS GONNA SCORE! AIKMAN IS STILL DOWN!! TOUCHDOWN JAMES DIXON!!”
