Test...

I went from about 210 to 164 in 110 days. I am 6'1", so I could carry it, but I wanted to improve based on my last PT test. I got an excellent, but it was harder than it should have been. Anyways...in under 4 months I did this just by changing my diet, exercising, and tracking everything on myfitnesspal.com. This is not an endorsement or anything, but I have seen a few guys mention they want to drop some pounds and I found something that worked for me. Might work for someone else.

That is good stuff. You are doing it the right way. I'm seeing some of the result of not taking care of myself. Yesterday I started something similar.

It is hard though...when you start counting calories and really looking into things you are amazed at what you find. For example...lots of people think they are eating right when they have a protein bar or something along those line...those are good, but they have high calorie content. The protein is great, but the 400 calories that go along with it does nothing for you unless you are working out properly.

No doubt.

Fat people are funny.

Congratulations, seriously. That isn't easy to do

Back in the day, you used to talk about how you lost nearly 50 pounds by taking a giant shit.

Now you are an infomercial.

True, but I thought I would help the fatties. FB must add 50 pounds to people. INFRACTION!

I feel like this is a good day to test.

Took a naaaaasty shit this morning. It was like I had a brown crayon sticking out of my ass when I was wiping. Didn't think I was ever going to get it clean.

You sick bastard, I'm sitting here enjoying my morning brown crayon biscuit and have to read this shit?

Well, that's what you get for eating a brown crayon biscuit. Weirdo.

It looks like I am buying a farm. There is a farm house (5 bdrm, 3 bath) with a few barns and shops. It sits on 30 acres that is currently growing hay.
Clay_Allison this place is in Marion.

I have no idea if I do. I've been looking for a place to have room to build a shop and have a place for my mom to build.

It is actually only 6 miles from I 35 and about the same to I 10. It is not far from much at all. 10 minutes to anything that I need.

Plus the kids have the opportunity to go to a small school.

That sounds awesome, Skid. That's exactly what I'd like to eventually have.

I'd recommend having some chickens for your younger kids to look after. Feeding/watering them, and cleaning their coop is an awesome responsibility builder. And it's not nearly as hard as it sounds and doesn't take as much time as you'd think. Plus, you'll get the added bonus of having farm fresh eggs every day. If you really want to get into it, you can raise your own pullets for butcher. But you certainly don't have to go to that extent just to keep chickens for eggs.

I wished I could raise some chickens because fresh eggs are so much better. Unfortunately I live in the city and not wanting to try and hide them from animal control. That and my dog would think I was feeding her.
