This definitely sounds like an endorsement or something.

This definitely sounds like an endorsement or something.
I went from about 210 to 164 in 110 days. I am 6'1", so I could carry it, but I wanted to improve based on my last PT test. I got an excellent, but it was harder than it should have been. Anyways...in under 4 months I did this just by changing my diet, exercising, and tracking everything on myfitnesspal.com. This is not an endorsement or anything, but I have seen a few guys mention they want to drop some pounds and I found something that worked for me. Might work for someone else.
That is good stuff. You are doing it the right way. I'm seeing some of the result of not taking care of myself. Yesterday I started something similar.
It is hard though...when you start counting calories and really looking into things you are amazed at what you find. For example...lots of people think they are eating right when they have a protein bar or something along those line...those are good, but they have high calorie content. The protein is great, but the 400 calories that go along with it does nothing for you unless you are working out properly.

Back in the day, you used to talk about how you lost nearly 50 pounds by taking a giant shit.
Now you are an infomercial.

Consider this the evolution of Carp.
It looks like I am buying a farm. There is a farm house (5 bdrm, 3 bath) with a few barns and shops. It sits on 30 acres that is currently growing hay.
Clay_Allison this place is in Marion.
Sounds great!
...if you like that kind of thing...
