Guess who's job it is to make sure the players can communicate and understand the play calls?

We play match coverage. Which definitely requires a high level of communication. If two guys see something differently and don't communicate it all kind of goes to shit.

It's something that can look great when it works. But can look like total ass if it's not done properly.
