I'm not worried about Parker. Players learning a new scheme takes time.

This is true, but the problem is we don't have a track record for him as a DC that we can use as reassurance that he can do it at a high level.

All the mountains of praise he got in the offseason made me believe, but after seeing the product on the field along with having no track record otherwise, I'm in full wait and see mode.

If you listen to that full interview, Adams is kinda implying that the coaching was bad and failed him before he got to Dallas and now they have to fix him. At least within the context of our line play. He also doesn’t sound that confident that they will fix him, just reading between the lines.
