I think the silence surrounding Murray is telling. Who is going to pony up big dollars for him? Jax? Oak? Jax just gave decent money to Gerhart last year...are they going to do it again? I wouldn't put it past the Raiders, but I just don't see it happening.

The Jags are the only team I can see giving him big money.

They have a shit load to spend and they have to spend X amount of dollars due to the new rules, so I can definitely see them doing it. The good news is that it's been quiet on the Murray front, as you said, so I'm hoping that means teams aren't knocking down his door.

The Parnell deal doesn't make sense to me. Supposedly Bugala wanted $8M/yr, so they pass to sign Parnell for 6? I know Bugala isn't great, but $2M isn't a big difference when going from JAG backup to servicable starter.

If they can blow this type of money on a guy like Parnell, then they can certainly throw the money at Murray.
