I don't know if he's cut out to be a MLB who directs players where they need to be, but I think he's a much better fit there from a physicality standpoint than slender, fragile as glass Overshown is.

Ideally, we'd have a true middle linebacker that had both the size and the smarts to play that role for us (Anthony Hill Jr., anybody?) and Overshown would play the WILL and Barham the SAM or opposite ILB which is the ideal position for each respective guy.

But because we inexplicably didn't put enough effort to improving a serious position of need, we're having to ask guys to play in positions that aren't ideal for them and hoping it works out.

I just think its a dumb thing to say after issues that we had and the viral video.

I get that you should show support for your guy but lets find a different way to show that.

That video tells you literally nothing. People love taking a tiny slice of time out of context and blowing it way out of proportion. That's like Social Media Bullshit 101.

When Barham got the green dot he contributed immediately last week.

The challenges were miscommunications as the Giants made Dallas's inexperienced defense cover the whole field and with a ton of misdirection to cover up New York's relative lack of talent.

I think the team should steadily get better at it, and won't always face teams determined to exploit it.
