Disagree. If they leave college early, they should lose their eligibility, just like it used to be.

Perfectly valid take, just think they've opened themselves up to being challenged since the consortium trust of literally all US colleges are now paying these kids and effectively turning them pro themselves.

So what's the difference between playing mercenary for a random NCAA school vs the NFL?
