Nothing really stands out about him as far as being a leader goes.

He's an elite player and a superstar in the making, but I'm not sure where you're getting the leadership stuff from.

If anything, it's been Demarcus Lawrence who has been both a vocal leader and lead by example on the field type of leader, but then you saw what kind of mentality he had when he gave that sorry ass excuse about being tired, so that explains a lot.
