At this point, Jimmy should say "It's too late. Fuck off."
Agreed with the sentiment, but that would take Jerry off the hook. In fact he may even be hoping for something like that from Jimmy.

Never happen.

Do you think Chuck Howley’s family should have told the HOF to fuck off? That they even considered it for a second?
Um, no, because the situations are completely different. There isn't 25 years of personal animosity between the Hall and Howley. Whether Howley deserves to be in the Hall is debatable; the same cannot be said of Jimmy and the ROH.

Bullshit. they are not completely different. And Howley absolutely deserves to be in the HOF.

So you think Howley was kept out of the Hall for years and years due to spite? Because that's the only reason Jimmy's not in the ROH.

Basically, yeah. There were/are deserving cowboys that are not getting the nod, while lesser deserving players are getting in. You can draw your own conclusions as to why that is.

But this is getting off track. This was about telling somebody to fuck off when you finally get what is deserved. And it would never happen.

Don't they need to decide on exercising Lamb's 5th yr. option after this upcoming season? I'm thinking that they wanted to see (or have him prove) that he can be a true #1... and there's no way that was gonna happen with Cooper here. He (Cooper) was beginning to grumble about his lack of targets as it was. IMO, the mistake that was really made, was them misjudging Gallup's effective return. If he had returned, as expected, nobody's sweating the loss of Cooper.

Lamb was to take the #1 spot, and it couldn’t happen with Coop here

Seeing some speculation that Zeke may go to the Bucs to follow Skip Pete. Not sure I buy it.

Maybe if we straight cut him. I can’t see them trading for that contract and I am still on the fence about using him sparingly versus the dead cap hit. Not that it matters with the geniuses running this team.

The dead cap is there here and next year. I guess it's not technically dead if he is on the roster, but it's dead cap regardless in my opinion.
