2026 Random Cowboys Stuff Thread...

Dallas Cowboys
The coaching staff might still be holding out, but in my opinion, Joe Milton III already won the backup job. Howell has duplicative skills of numerous other quarterbacks who bounce around the league. He’s a practice squad candidate rather than an initial 53-man guy. Or maybe I’m just anti-Sam.

The addition of Von Miller pushes one of the incumbent edge rushers off the roster. I think James Houston’s pure rush ability keeps him on the club. Between Williams and Marist Liufau, I lean toward Dallas keeping the latter, who is a better special-teams player.

That’s Anti Sam. Do these “other QBs who bounce around the league” have a 4000 yard passing season at like age 23 under their belt?

Fucking dumbass.

A pop gun arm? WTF?

And the best TE in football? Doesn't this moron know that Jay was a Plan B free agent nobody knew in Arizona? And Irvin might have been great for this particular team and culture, but he wasn't the best WR in football. Aikman made them more than the other way around.

How old is Carton? He talks like a dipshit millennial.

He is 57, which is old enough to know better. He seems to be hitching his wagon to the sensational over-the-top clickbait crowd. For the Aikman comments alone I want to punch him square in his fucking throat. Moron.

Anybody that debates with hypothetical situations is arguing with a hatred towards that particular player…..I’m guilty of it .. not even gonna lie.. but I’m not a professional and that’s the difference .. He should know better.

People do it all the time with the "it was a different era" argument. And, sometimes it is warranted as the game has changed over the years, but a lot of times it's reaching to downplay a player's success.

I argue with Momo giant fans all the time and I tell him that Eli Manning sucked… I tell them that he’s 2 lucky catches away from having zero Super Bowls…..
