Prospects Dallas Has Shown Interest In - 2026

We have spent time with WR's too. I'm not sure I can draw any conclusions yet. But hell some of the work may just be to have a leg up if these guys go undrafted. Or maybe it's one of those sweet fifth round picks we have.

I do think the Cowboys see a benefit to building a relationship with some day three players in case they go undrafted.
Schooerpooner is done after this year, hyphen TE can block but that is it and Turd is turd.

I think hyphen TE has become a better receiver. But absolutely. Nothing wrong with taking a TE in the fifth/sixth/seventh knowing that the need is likely in the years to come.

It's how you get ahead of needs as opposed to trying to plug holes every year.

Either Claiborne or Johnson on day 3 would be nice.

See I think Emmett Johnson is a top 4 RB in this draft. But if he makes it to round 4 I'm there with you. He is a really good player. Someone that I feel like could be a lead back in the NFL. But that's why I assume he is gone before pick 92. I'll be honest I haven't looked deep at this RB class. Just hasn't really been on my radar after signing Jevonte. But I think any position is realistically possible for this team on day 3.

92 is almost round 4 so I wouldn't complain if they picked either of them there, depending how the first round went.

Yeah not really sure on Claiborne. I'm going to say probably not someone I'd take at 92. But I can't really argue it because I've actually never really watched the guy. If I'm taking a RB at 92 it has to feel like someone we are lucky is there. I feel that way about Johnson. I don't really feel that way on Claiborne but maybe I would if I watched the guy. 188 pounds just sort of feels like it would be a no.

The pass rush specialist guy being there is interesting, combined with their willingness to give up multiple high picks for Crosby I wonder if they'd consider moving up for Bailey if he falls to 6.
