Prospects Dallas Has Shown Interest In - 2026

~Berman head swing~

@NoDak ?

Decent back with decent size. Has a nose for the endzone. Had over 30 rushing TDs at NDSU, 20 this past year alone. I doubt he'd ever be a guy who could carry the load, but might be ok in a tandem. Doesn't have great speed, but... decent. Doesn't have great wiggle, but... decent. I'd say the one area that he does exceed decent, maybe even approaching elite is balance and running after contact. Has a way of getting small in the hole and squeezing thru a crack. Probably be looked as a one cut, power type back. Speed is nothing special, more quick than fast. Can break tackles, and always seems to be moving forward after contact. Is ok catching the ball but will probably never be confused with a receiving RB. I think he could carve out a decent career as a change of pace, short yardage guy. You won't see very many 40+ yard runs from him. But he'll give you plenty of 4, 5, 3, 4, 10, 4, 12 kind of days. The kind of guy that can help you run clock and close out a game with positive yardage. Depending on how the draft goes, I'd be willing to throw a 7th his way. Or make him a priority UDFA. Probably be a practice squad guy the first year, but who knows?

The name is a bit insolent. I wouldn't care for trying to pronounce or spell it.

Perkins would be an interesting day 3 guy.

He doesn't really have a concrete position but he's so explosive and has so much pass rush juice that I feel like a creative DC could come up with a rotational role for him.

I'm sort of leary of LSU LBers. Just had no positive experiences with them. But I should judge this kid individually.
