Yeah I doubt anything could be done right now even if Jerry wanted to. I give Jerry a hard time about his negotiating tactics but I don't see anyway a deal gets done during the season even if Jerry tried. Now I'd still probably reach out, send a candy basket to his agent and try to sweet talk them. But I'm sure the agent sees how things are going and knows the price is only going to go up as the season goes along. The only downside is a catastrophic injury and I'd be shocked if Pickens didn't have some sort of insurance policy in place.

At the end of the day we have a 0% chance at the playoffs if we didn't have Pickens right now.
