2024 Paris Olympics Thread

Judging by that, any spare from 1985 would win gold in this Olympics.

Except for things I have seen in videos I haven't watched a single second of the Olympics.

:lol

That shit is funny every time I see it.

I would love to know what the qualification process was for this event because she should have never even made it out of the preliminary round of the very first qualifier that was held what I'm assuming was years ago, much less make it to the Olympics -- that's how bad she is.

For example, everybody who runs in the 100m at the Olympics even in the early heat rounds are all very fast, right? There's no one out there, even in the very first round, that runs a 30 second 100 meter time. And what this woman was doing was the equivalent of that -- it's so poor and so far below what the required level should be to compete at the Olympics that you can't help but question how she even got there in the first place.

I'm no breakdancing expert but I've always been a hiphop fan and I also had friends who used to compete in break competitions back in high school when breakdancing had this resurgence in the mid to late 90s. So by way of the those two things, I've seen what high level breaking looks like and that most certainly isn't it.

Having breaking in the Olympics is already a joke in itself but to see somebody like that perform in what is supposed to be a prestigious global sporting event just serves to make a mockery of the whole thing.

Dwayne Wade is a horrible commentator.

I hope NBC doesn't make him part of their commentary crew for NBA games.

Unreal by LeBron.

I think if he wanted to he could just drive to the basket repeatedly and there's nothing they would be able to do about it.

He's just so damn strong and athletic.

WOOOOOOOOOW!!!!

:lol

Lebron posturized!

Steph Curry is an all timer.

Top 15-20 player all time?

He's one of the few that the term "never seen anything like him" genuinely applies.
