I think the point is just that the Chinese are incredibly racist. We've heard the disgusting stories about how they treat black people.

He'd have to travel to the UK or a colony like Bermuda. He'd be stupid to do that with this hanging over his head. There's a reason Putin hasn't visited the West since the Ukraine invasion. He'd be arrested for war crimes.
