Y'all don't get me started in this thread.
 
I don't remember the cut but I've had a few different cuts and it hasn't made any difference.

Yeah, cuts can just be so different. Big difference from one to the next. If you like the taste of beef you'd imagine that you'd like some cuts of steak.
 
Did somebody say Pitch Clock? That does beg they question of how they (pitch clock and Grilling) are similar.

They are both Tasty.
 
I have started using duck fat whenever I decide to make fries.

Let me tell you people something...it makes a big difference.

Next I am doing beef tallow for fries, ala McDonald's.
