I just dont think its something that can be fixed midseason. The constant shuffling of the Oline and Pollard not being the RB1 that we need I think are hindering us.
I've thought about this point as well. Particularly the RB situation.

If they are going to insist on moving forward with Dak for a couple more seasons, they absolutely have to invest more into the RB position.

I'm not saying they need to use a 1st round pick on a RB. But if one is available with a great skill set, ideally in the 3rd or 4th round, go get the guy. It's pretty clear that the Cowboys offense is at its best when they have a strong running game to lean on.

Yep. Said it before, but that's what I mostly see: Gets pushed 2-3 yards backwards, then runs to the pile.

Mike’s whole we’re gonna run the damn ball mantra meant that they needed to draft someone. Sorry Deuce, I need more.

Wait, so an injury was not just less serious, but much less serious than what they originally claimed?

Which is a good thing because contrary to what we all expected, the guy has turned into a productive player on the offensive side of the ball.

And right now, this offense needs all the help it can get.
I had no doubt.

If he can hang onto the ball there are definitely plays where we can exploit a defense with him.

I don't think he's vital but he is useful.

So all the influencers who loved up on Dak all these years are going to go out of their way to pin the blame on anyone else.

What fun.

Cowboys offense is at its best when they actually have an offense, a scheme, and a coordinator who designs plays the other team can't see coming. None of that has happened in a while.

OMG what utter fucking nonsense. There are two ways to view this comment: 1) he actually believes it, which means a SB is light years away; 2) he's blowing smoke, knows Dak will never make the grade, which is the better of the two scenarios, but only by a little bit

This coming from the guy who thinks Kellen Moore was as good of a QB as Brock Purdy is now. I actually am a Dak supporter but Jerry's evaluation is ridiculous.
