Lamb has gotten a lot better that's true. I think it hinges more on Cooks being better than Cooper though, and I just don't believe that. We'll see though.

I also don't believe in Gallup anymore (although I do understand that Simp's original premise was predicated on Gallup being close to his former self).

I think WR is basically the weak spot of our team. Also Gallup may not be the Gallup we once thought we had either. He wasn’t last year.

If we had Amari Cooper we might be the conference favorite. Without him, I think we might not win the division. We will see. I think we need another lead WR and I hope we don’t have to pay a first at the deadline to get one.

Right. Plus, the NFL has become more of a front seven league these days. Revis Island isn't a thing anymore. Although you might like to have top CBs, those second contract dollars might be better allocated elsewhere.

It’s always been a front 7 league.

no mention of Lamb?

Posting a Mosher podcast is a dirty trick.
Fair. Fair.

The interviewee who is doing the talking seems pretty knowledgeable, though.

He's a good player. Elite against the run and still a solid pass rusher. Do think Sam Williams overtakes him at some point this year due to having more juice as a pass rusher, but I could see Lawrence sticking around for a few more years in a reduced role, like Graham in Philthy.
