Yep exactly, "Let's make murder more illegal!"
Well, it happened. We all know it did.

I am just struggling with what we do now.

Reparations. Okay how is that done?

I am all for what is right.

But it seems that the idea is to just serve political gains without regard to the issues at hand.

I'm fine with reparations, for anyone who was actually a slave

why are there any nays?
Agreed, but why are we even wasting tax payers money with this nonsense? I mean, don't we already have hate crime laws on the books that would cover this?

What do you do now for anyone who was murdered 100 years ago?
If someone fucked me over today, then proceeded to tell me their great, great grandchild will make it right by giving my future great, great grandchild some money, I’d tell that person to fuck off and we could settle now for $5.

Where are the riots?
If this were turned around and the roles were a white police was trying to apprehend a black female who was resisting and trying to flee, would one support the premise that it was legitimate because of the conduct of the one who resisted? Often times this has been the reasons for validating a shooting of an individual that is resisting. Something to think about.
