Going forward, the decisions we make will involve him.
From head coach, even down to personnel.

I mean his lack of coaching experience sounds awful. But what the hell do I know. If he picked the right coordinators he probably has a good idea of how to run shit. He played under Parcells afterall.

The worst is we won't even do a serious interview process. We won't interview any of the top candidates. We will do a couple Rooney Rules and then hire some washed up guy Jerry is friends with or comfortable with.

I don't think there is a lot of transparency to what Jones has in terms of value.
He is probably in hock up to his ass in some way shape or form.
Either that or he is disgustingly about getting keeping every penny for him and his family to roll around in.
All in all, he is a cheap fuck and people need to get that.

Hell at least other teams are interested in Moore. Zimmer will be desired by nobody.
Jerry will never pay a buyout but damn that list make Bill really appealing. Ben Johnson is of course every NFL teams top pick but again, pricey and he wants to actually run his team.
Jerry needs comfort. Something Zimmer can provide him. And cheap, and Zimmer would probably do it for damn near free. Hell the guy was the defensive coordinator on a one year deal.

That was not acting.
I have not watched that stupid show mainly because of this, but the clip I saw looked like an interview where he was speaking from his moronic heart. He meant every word.
It was about as clear of a glimpse into his fucked up thought processes as you are going to get.
