When it comes down to psychology on the football field, Fat Mike is not a mastermind. He is not quite as smart as he thinks he is.

I'll bring it up again this year....our best pass rusher is only about 240......15 games of going up against men 70-90 lbs heavier than him....trying to battle through constant holds that just are not called. He's probably a little run down.

It isn't a popular opinion, but he should have never been put in the spot rushing the passer the vast majority of his snaps. He's just too fucking small.

He should be off the ball at least 60% of the time. He was a great run stopper in college. I'd rather have a dominant Fred Warner type that can rush the passer in spots for 12 years than a dominant little pass rusher who is basically a cripple after 6.
