If he's there he's going to be the pick, unless something crazy happens like he runs a 4.55 or Carter somehow drops because he was accused of killing a hooker.

I really like Jeanty. But I struggle with the fact that there are other RBs I also love in this class.
I do too. Unless there is a massive run, there are starters into practically the 4th. That said, Jeanty is the stud of the group by a decent margin.

Jeanty is the best of the group, you'll hear no argument from me.

But when you can get a potential stud RB later and get a stud starter at another position in the first that's what I have a hard time with. You're not getting a stud DT or pass rusher in the fourth. You're not getting a probowl WR.

It's why it kills me to draft the lesser positions like TE, RB, LBer, and safety in the first. Those are positions that traditionally you can find probowlers more easily on day three.

Do you really want to wait until the 4th for a RB though?

Unless we take a potential gamebreaker like McMillan or Warren in the first I think we almost have to go Hampton or Johnson in the second.

Basically I think we have to take an offensive skill position player in either the first or second based on how this class looks.

I think that's the worry yeah.

Because they will justify not taking a RB in the 4th if board just didn't fall their way or whatever nonsense. Well how about just taking one in the 1st if he's there?

Not really until the fourth.

2nd or third would be great though. I honestly wouldn't mind a trade down in the first unless McMillan or Graham or someone falls.

But I'm honestly ok with Jeanty in the first. I just think if you told me we could have Kaleb Johnson and Harmon or Jeanty and Tyliek Williams for example, that's an easy answer for me. Not even sure Williams makes it to the second.

Clarence… it’s bold … :picard
The correct phrase is "bald-faced lie," meaning a blatant or obvious lie told without shame; "bold-faced" is often mistakenly used but is considered less accurate in this context.

Explanation:

  • "Bald-faced":
This phrase refers to a face without hair, signifying a lack of concealment, which is how it came to describe a lie told openly and without shame.
  • "Bold-faced":
While "bold" can imply audacity, "bold-faced" is more commonly used to emphasize text or names, not necessarily describing a lie
