If your ceiling is Daniel Jones it's over before it started. Like talk about trashing a dude probably unintentionally.
I'm sure he the author knew what they were doing.

Unless we're picking in the top 5 I feel like there's a very good chance this happens, unless Belichick is the coach and just completely refuses to take a RB that high.

One of the biggest questions for me right now is where would I take McMillan?

We all agree that we'd take Hunter if available (maybe only behind Carter), and he'd be a WR, so why not McMillan who is a bona fide top 10 talent himself?

At the moment I think he's in the conversation with Scourton, Jeanty, Pearce and Mykel Williams in the tier behind Hunter, Carter and Graham.

Not exactly sure where he sits in that tier but I'm thinking ahead of Pearce and Williams and about even with Jeanty and Scourton.

I think he is antop 3 player in this draft. I wouldn't ignore best player available at a position of need. But that's just me.

I don't think WR is that type of need. We need a WR2, not a top 10 pick. I'm not saying I wouldn't take one that high, but I'd have to be overwhelmed by the talent.

Just seems to me that when you already have a top WR, getting another one doesn't help the team that much.

How will Hunter test out? Is his speed and quickness that special? He looks small. They say 6-1, 185 but we know colleges usually exaggerate.

He seems like he'd be better as a corner to me, but obviously we don't need one of those.

I'd put CB in a similar category as WR. I do think we need one, but not like that. It'd have to be a special player to entice me to take one that high.

Same here. Even if he were that special, I'd still have a hard time taking a corner that high. And I'm not even a CB hater like many on this board.

I actually think WR2 is pretty important. In a big game it's easy to focus on doubling a guy like Lamb. You need someone else that can expose the defense at WR. Now maybe the next offensive coordinator will be able to scheme Lamb into better coverage situations but without knowing who that is its hard for me to rely on it.

I also think the timing is perfect contractually. Hunter would be on his rookie deal the length of time Lamb is on his contract.

I also want a bad ass pass rusher. Don't get me wrong. I also want a badd ass DT. I also want a good RB. Those are my draft needs. Although safety should probably be in there too.

WR2 is very important. But I think we'd get more impact, and maybe by far, from a top pass rusher or DT. Or even a top RB although there's probably less dropoff in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. But we can probably get a very good WR in the those rounds also.

Carter and Graham would be 1 and 1a in my board. I'd take Hunter over I think everyone else though. And I love Jeanty but much easier to get a RB in round two or three in my opinion than a stud WR.

McMillan might be a no brainer if we're at like 9 or some such, hard to tell for sure just yet.

I'm hoping we get up to around 5-6 so it isn't an issue.
We are at 9 at the moment. Possibly 8 if we lose tomorrow.

Yea but I expect us to rise, I haven't looked at it but I'd guess over the last decade a 5 win team has never picked lower than 7. I don't really see how we win more than two more games.
