It is kind of weird how Parsons went from following Quinn to suddenly feeling misused.

It comes across that way but I don't think that's what he is saying.

He's more defending himself against the criticism that he doesn't want to play LB rather than criticizing Quinn.

Basically "if you think I should play more LB, that's not my call."

That's likely all this is, Parsons trying to defend himself. But I think he inadvertently threw Quinn under the bus.

I still have some hope for Clark at LB. He'll only be 24 this year. Thoughts? His instincts seem questionable, hopefully he can improve his recognition because everything else you want in a LB is there.

I think he has potential and I haven't given up on him but I think he needs some better LBs surrounding him to help him at this stage of his career.

The issue with him is that he was not in charge of the scheme like he should have been. Maybe he is a better fit jn another scheme.

I view him as a guy who I think could develop into a good LBer. He isn't there yet. But I also think he will show off best when paired with a guy who can sort of QB things on defense and help him some.

he was the one true LB playing after LVE went down. His lack of experience really showed.

Yeah, I don't know what happened to Clark. I swear he played better as a rookie with no camp and coming in midseason than he did last year.
