Sanford and Son, The Jeffersons, and All in the Family were my favorite 3 shows from that era.Sanford and Son.
Yup. That’s pretty much the topic. Either from reruns or Blockbuster.True, most of the stuff I remember from the 70s is me discovering it in the 80s or after.
I think I've said this before on here but I wonder why I never see it on in syndication like most of the rest of these. Great, great show.Get Smart
Two of my all time favorites.Also...
Welcome Back, Kotter
Hogan's Heroes (my dad's favorite show)
Sometimes I’d turn on TV to TBS or what we hoping for a good rerun and only show on was Beverly Hillbillies. Fuck that shit.Sanford and Son, The Jeffersons, and All in the Family were my favorite 3 shows from that era.
Mork and Mindy. Did they ever hook up?
Could be. All I know is I watched almost all of these shows in the 80s so it's hard to remember when the shows started. Two of my all time favorites.
Also, I think the Facts of Life was 80s.
For game shows (back to the 80s), I watched quite a bit of Bob Barker Price is Right and $25000 Pyramid. Loved Press Your Luck. Family Feud with Ray Combs
Richard Dawson was just so perfect for that role.I fucking loved game shows.
Richard Dawson Family Feud was the best Family Feud.
Mork and Mindy? Or you referring to Robin Williams and Pam Dawber? You know they did.

it insists upon itselfmea culpa I’ve never watched any of the Godfathers
Mork and Mindy? Or you referring to Robin Williams and Pam Dawber?
I recall reading an interview and Pam saying that Robin Williams would jokingly grope her or slap a tittie or something, but Pam didn’t take offense to it and recalled those memories onset fondly, even though todays times that sounds like sexual harassment. Didn’t get the impression that the actors boned, though.
I liked Hogan's Heroes a lot, too. Mainly because my dad never missed an episode. My favorites were What's Happening, Hogan's Heroes, and Welcome Back Kotter.
Most likely, yes.Was everyone -- writers, directors, actors -- on acid for that show or what?
I fucking loved game shows.
Richard Dawson Family Feud was the best Family Feud.
They’ve brought back some of these game shows and I’ve tried to watch them, but theyre just not as entertaining. Is it because I’ve changed or was it because i was really just watching the host?Richard Dawson was just so perfect for that role.
The scene where she goes off on James Caan about the paper is so damn awesome.I just found out this morning my wife's never watched or heard of Misery.
