Pick one - Luna or Torkelson?
its a coin toss, I'd be happy with either, especially given my fat, old ass but if forced to pick one, I'll go Torkelson

To me what's more shocking is the cronyism in the NFL. Any turd jr gets a coaching in in this league

That's true but I also see a lot of great NFL coaches who never played in the NFL. Being great at one doesn't make you great at the other. They are almost totally unrelated. So why expect a high percentage of minority coaches than the general population. Maybe the NFL shpuld worry they have no asain coaches.

Five minority HC's getting fired after 2018 was going to trigger some kind of response eventually.

The "external" change in particular strengthens the rule and at least forces front offices to become more aware of available candidates thus improving the chances of those candidates.

Calling former friends (like Jones did with Dennis Green) or performing perfunctory interviews of your own assistants (maybe Richard) and then hiring non minority retreads anyways is going to be harder to pull off.

The demographic numbers don't lie-- minorities should be occupying more head coaching and key assistant roles. It's going to make it more obvious if an owner is dead set against even trying.

Almost two decades of this rule, and we still have what, four minority head coaches out of 32? Ridiculous bias.

African Americans make up less than 15% of the population so what demographic numbers are you talking about?
