The next head coach needs to walk through the locker room like this on Day 1, slapping the softness out of guys like LP Loudaceur

"Howdy, coach. Name's Jason Witten. I'm still starting right?" ~SLAP~

"Welcome to Dallas, coach. I'm the leader of the Hot Boyz." ~SLAP~

It's obvious they never intended to sign a new kicker. This was solely for PR.

how does any coach overcome/fix this:

Kinda funny...
The words Jimmy said were the exact things I was thinking at work today. It's like they think the star on their helmets make them a contender. And having the biggest fanbase doesn't help. Especially when so many of them are delusional. Jerry's country club atmosphere and glitz convinces a lot of folks to drink the kool aid.

No need to change that.

Those stats are misleading because they don't show the things Dallas's ST is good at.

Eh. I may be speaking out of my ass but I'm assuming he's getting way more playing time in miami than he would've gotten here, especially on passing downs. Unless there's some sensible argument that he should've been playing ahead of Lawrence or Quinn, which is hard to argue.

I'm also assuming it's a different scheme considering Quinn looks much better here than he ever did in Miami.

Taco may be playing better in Miami but he's still nowhere near the level Quinn is at and likely never will be. I'll take Quinn 100 times out of 100.
