Tyler, and it's not even close.Guys, who's playing better, Tyler Smith or Evan Neal? Things to ponder...
Neal taken 7th overall. We looking pretty smart about now.Tyler, and it's not even close.
I've always been a fan, but Dak don't like tossing many contested passes.Noah effing Brown. Who would have guessed?
And again, this site was bitching about Smith when we took himNeal taken 7th overall. We looking pretty smart about now.
I know I was, and I was thankfully wrong. And again, this site was bitching about Smith when we took him
It takes a big man to admit he was wrong. Props.I know I was, and I was thankfully wrong.
I was unhappy that we all but broadcasted our first three picks ahead of time. Then the idea that we took someone known for having penalties when it was a trademark of our team last year. I did like his upside and I am glad he is working out well. And again, this site was bitching about Smith when we took him
Certain people on this board have been asking them to implement this concept for a while.
I know I was, and I was thankfully wrong.
Matter of fact, now that I think about it, I may have rage-quit the draft chatter thread when that pick was made.I know I was, and I was thankfully wrong.
Meh, Anderson was out the fucking window as soon as Maher knocked home that FG to beat the Bengals. The NFC is weak and with the defense playing like this we should be in the playoffs, might as well make the best of it.Are you sad that we're turning it around? Will Anderson is slipping away ...
I was a bigger fan than most, and definitely loved his upside, but I would've went Jermaine Johnson or Devin Lloyd. Although to be fair when we turned around and got Williams in the 2nd I said I would've rather had Smith/Williams than Johnson/Raimann or whatever other OT's went in that range. And again, this site was bitching about Smith when we took him
And the special teams. Seem to have gotten better every year under Fassel. You know we're going to block a punt or two and Turpin is going to bust a couple. Coverage has been solid, too.Meh, Anderson was out the fucking window as soon as Maher knocked home that FG to beat the Bengals. I'm starting to agree, at least in terms of the offense. And the special teams. Seem to have gotten better every year under Fassel. You know we're going to block a punt or two and Turpin is going to bust a couple. Coverage has been solid, too.
You win special teams and defense and the offense doesn't commit penalties we'll be in every game and win a lot. First game was an outlier.

He's talented but seemingly has a very small brain, hopefully they can coach that out of him because he has juice off the edge.Beginning to understand why Sam Williams, a penalty machine, fell to the 2nd.
