I doubt it. It is exactly as it appears. He fell out of favor and like Amari, they didn't want to pay him anymore.Personally I think Collins wanted nothing to do with going back to guard and that's part of why he is being cut. That whole hip injury was weird and I feel like we will never get the story on what actually happened. I'm ok not having Collins on my team but what I'm not ok with is just outright cutting a dude who is clearly in demand and going to get more on the free agent market than it would have cost in a trade.
