They don’t have any plans. The entire Democratic platform now and all their efforts for the past 3 years has been to try to remove Trump from office. Their leadership have all tainted themselves with what will be disclosed at some point as an illegal conspiracy and will be further disclosed as the party of do nothing.

The best that has sifted out for a Presidential candidate is a self avowed communist with a socialist agenda and another who most probably will be disclosed as a family of bribe takers. Despite all this some will still check the donkey come Election Day.

Think of the lulz he's about to generate with these. The ban on public conventions was the best thing that could have happened to him. But now he'll going to ramp up the crazy comments from his house and beam them to the world.

Of course he'll just say that he would order x numbers of ventilators, PPE, etc., as if he could snap his fingers and make it happen faster than anyone else could.
