To be honest, basically every center does what Kelce does there. Obviously I'm glad it got called on him, but still, I'm surprised that's their reasoning.

What Johnson and I guess now Mailata do are worse. Still total BS those aren't called.

From what I've heard the unsaid reason behind all the leeway given to what the Eagles OTs are doing is the NFL has decided to look the other way on those infractions because it's another small thing that helps protect QBs.

That's why they're allowing OTs across the league to line up way off the LOS and giving them that little head start on the snap.

That explanation makes sense because the league has made no secret about their desire to protect QBs at all cost. Even if it means breaking the rules.

Yeah, I don't know the exact number of opponent wins/losses we need, but for Week 16 our agenda is:

Chargers over Bills
Jets over Washington
Seahawks over Titans
Raiders over Chiefs
Bears over Cardinals
Jaguars over Buccaneers
Lions over Vikings

:lol

It's up to Cutlets

Or if we win out, the Cardinals. The way the eagles are playing it's not impossible one of these teams beat them.

The good part is with the eagles losing, they now don't control their own destiny anymore - they could win out and finish the 5 seed. (We're in the same boat.)

But they do appear to have the strength of victory advantage for now. So yeah, the Cardinals or giants are our best hope but it's not impossible.

Maybe it's just that a running QB who can't throw the ball eventually gets beaten up and exposed because he can't really play the position which requires him to, you know, pass the ball.
They also don’t scheme any of the receivers open and they don’t give him nearly as many easy throws like he had last year. Hurts is not a good enough passer to do what they are asking him to do now.

It's pretty obvious that Steichen was the real brains behind the offense, but oh well, I'm sure it'll only get better from here on out as Kelce retires, the Hurts extension kicks in, Hurts continues to get beat up and loses his effectiveness as a runner, so on and so forth.
