Gets better and better every time. Ever since I got the digi thermometer, execution has been unmistakable.

I actually did the rub suggested by amazingribs.com this time. Put on salt last night and the rub 15 minutes before throwing them on the grill

Just the Weber kettle grill. On sale for $70 and the other barrel grills with side fireboxes had bad reviews.

Sucky thing about the Weber is the capacity, only able to fit 2 racks.

Good man. BBQ sauce can be applied after they are done.
 
Watching this game, the shitty thing is that our defense can't take anything away because we're incapable of generating the QB pressure that SF has.

Yea I've used it a few times and like it spicier myself but wife & rest of family like the sweet :shrug
