Well, if that's the case then whoever shot him should be prosecuted. That's murder.

If the guy was going for his gun, then it's a justified shoot.

We don't know what has happened yet. But I can tell you which narrative is being splashed all over social media as the gospel truth already.

But like Schmitty has already pointed out, if the dumbass would have just not decided to hulk out and take on a bunch of officers, this NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. Whether he was armed or not.
 
Well according to the two videos that are out right now it’s pretty obvious the man didn’t walk up to CBP and brandish his gun, which was the initial story from Homeland Security.
 


I can't for certain see him draw a weapon, but he definitely had something in his hand as he was going down from the initial shot.

Probably a pretty good point. There are tons of people filming all this up close. If the perp had been totally innocent, there would be a zillion videos out there already.

Of course the Left don't care if the agents were justified or not. They want their Summer of Love again before the midterms.

The truth is very inconvenient to these people.
 
I’ve watched as American citizens have been killed by illegals and also listened to politicians and media tell me that by and large, illegals are peaceful and are a net positive.

But now the same people are telling me that two people have been killed by an agency that has deported millions, but two blips in the radar mean the whole agency is evil.

Can’t have it both ways. The way I see it, ICE is a net positive.

Just going from the audio you can hear one shot before the cluster that killed the guy. Cops don't fire a single shot at a time. If they feel like they are in danger they fire until the threat is neutralized.

Some are saying this is an agent with the guy's gun before he was shot.

I don't put much stock in stills. This very well could have been after shooting was done.

That does look like it could be the guy's gun, but I'm still confused why you can hear one shot before the cluster. Where did that one shot come from?
