Yeah, how can you claim you can see anything from that?
Wait, I just looked at that picture again. You can see the shadow of the trigger guard, but there is something missing in that shadow, the trigger.
Some are saying this is an agent with the guy's gun before he was shot.
I don't put much stock in stills. This very well could have been after shooting was done.

I am leaning towards the opinion that this is shopped. Everything in the foreground (the arm and mitten) and the background (cop responding) hasn't moved at all. But, both the gun and the shadow have moved.
) I think the gun accidentally went off when the guy was trying to unholster it causing the other cop to think he was shooting. He then opened fire on him. If that was the case then there needs to be an investigation and the cop that fired should be immediately removed from duty.
