The Great Police Work Thread

I don't even understand what they were afraid of.

Everything seemed cordial up until like ten seconds before the shooting. The officer seemed to flip a switch way too fast.

Also.... it's hot water. I get that you don't want boiling water thrown on your body but it's hardly life threatening, does not require lethal force to stop. And I didn't even see much indication that she was going to throw it at them anyway. They were just panicking because she picked up the pot? Maybe try tasing or tackling her first?

Horrific judgment and now you've caught a murder charge.

Exactly.

Any and all outrage is justified, yet for some reason you don't hear about it.

No marching. No Sharpton. No Crump. No rioting. Zip.

Why? Because it is more sad than sensational. You can't market outrage that has ambiguity.

Hold the officers accountable. End of story. They did something horrific.

And that absolutely needs to happen. They cannot slap him on the wrist either.

Bitch, I already posted that in the Outrage section because it was not an example of great police work.

You've been a little testy with booze lately.

Keep up the good work.

We should amend it to "The Great and Not So Great Police Work Thread"

Fuck him. I would hope this is laughed out of court.

Damn, I feel bad for the kid. Broke his neck when he fell off the curb. Terrible timing on the taze for everyone involved.
